【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61967describesamethodtomeasuretheconductedelectromagneticemissionofintegratedcircuitseitherappliedonthestandardisedtest-boardoronafinalprintedcircuitboard(PCB).Furthermore,thisstandarddefinesmeasurestomaintainuniformrequirements,describesthemeasurementmethodandgivesguidancefortheWorkbenchFaradayCagemeasurementmethod.AsthemeasurementstakeplaceonatablewiththeusageofasmallFaradaycage,thismethodiscalledtheWorkbenchFaradayCagemethodortheWorkbenchmethod.ThemethodhasahighrepeatabilityandagoodrelationshiptothemeasuredRFemissionoffinalapplicationswiththeintegratedcircuitsused.
