【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesprinciplesforcarryingoutvibrationmeasurementandprocessingdatawithregardtoevaluatingvibrationeffectsonstructures.Itdoesnotcoverthesourceofexcitationexceptwhenthesourcedictatesdynamicrange,frequencyorotherrelevantparameters.Theevaluationoftheeffectsofstructuralvibrationisprimarilyobtainedfromtheresponseofthestructure,usingappropriateanalyticalmethodsbywhichthefrequency,durationandamplitudecanbedefined.ThisInternationalStandardonlydealswiththemeasurementofstructuralvibrationandexcludesthemeasurementofairbornesoundpressureandotherpressurefluctuations,althoughresponsetosuchexcitationsistakenintoconsideration.ThisInternationalStandardappliestoallstructuresbuiltaboveorbelowground.Suchstructuresareusedormaintainedandincludebuildings,structuresofarchaeologicalandhistoricalvalue(culturalheritage),bridgesandtunnels,gasandliquidinstallationsincludingpipelines,earthstructures(e.g.dykesandembankments),andfixedmarineinstallations(e.g.quaysandwharfs).ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytosomespecialstructures,includingnuclearplantsanddams.
