【摘要】:ThisStandardprovidesthebasisfordevelopingtheperformance-basedFailureReporting,Analysis&CorrectiveActionSystem(FRACAS)toresolvetheproblemsandfailuresofindividualproductsalongwiththoseoftheirprocuredelements.Therequirementsforcontractors,theplanningandreportingneeds,alongwiththeanalyticaltoolsareestablished.ThelinkageofthisStandardtotheotherstandardsinthenewfamilyofperformance-basedReliabilityandMaintainability(R&M)standardsisdescribed,andalargenumberofkeyworddataelementdescriptions(DED)foruseinautomatingtheFRACASprocessareprovided.
